Job Title: Trade Marketing Manager UKI

This position is a one-year fixed-term contract.

Role Overview

As the Trade Marketing Manager UKI, you will oversee all marketing activities for defined channels of trade (COTs) across the UKI region. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Managing the marketing calendar and budget for your COTs to ensure maximum visibility and ROI while adhering to brand guidelines.
  2. Collaborating with Brand Managers and Sales Teams to implement strategies and marketing activities that support both B2B and B2C channels within the wholesale business.
  3. Creating, executing, and evaluating marketing plans and campaigns to maximize sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
  4. Supporting training sessions, POS staff, and brand events.
  5. Driving change by implementing new ways of working, leveraging synergies, and enhancing digitalization and the consumer journey.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven trade marketing experience, preferably within wholesale or FMCG sectors.
  • Project management skills are highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest or experience in luxury goods and eyewear markets.
  • Leadership qualities and ability to influence others effectively.
