Please note: this is a one-year fixed-term contract.

As Trade Marketing Manager UKI, you will be responsible for all marketing activities for defined channels of trade (COTs) across the UKI region.

• You will own the marketing calendar and budget for your COTs to ensure maximum visibility and ROI while adhering to brand guidelines.
• You will collaborate with Brand Managers and Sales Teams to implement strategies and B2B & B2C marketing activities within the UKI wholesale business, driving brand visibility, volume, and value by supporting sales force and trade with appropriate tools and selling mechanics to boost both B2B sales and consumer demand.
• You will create, execute, and evaluate marketing plans and campaigns with clients to maximize our mix, sell-out, brand awareness, and conversion to value.
• You will support training, dedicated staff at POS, and brand events.
• You will lead change initiatives by implementing new ways of working, leveraging synergies, and enhancing digitalization and the consumer journey.

Your background, skills, and experience:

• Several years of proven trade marketing experience, ideally within wholesale or FMCG environments.
• Project management skills are highly desirable;
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Interest or experience in luxury goods and eyewear markets;
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills to influence others.
