Job summary

Advocate Group is representing a leading FMCG brand in their search for a Trade Marketing Manager to join their growing commercial team in London. You will drive shopper engagement and execute best-in-class trade marketing activity to accelerate growth across key retail channels.

You will develop trade plans, create shopper campaigns, collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Category teams to maximise execution, manage promotions and POS materials, and analyse ROI to optimise future activity.

Qualifications

• Experience in Trade Marketing or Shopper Marketing (or Customer Marketing) roles.
• FMCG experience is preferred with exposure to major retail customers.
• Strong understanding of shopper behaviour and path to purchase.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver trade marketing plans aligned to brand and commercial objectives.
• Create impactful shopper marketing campaigns and in-store activations.

• Commercially minded with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
