Job summary

The Advocate Group is partnering with a global drinks leader to appoint a Senior Trade Marketing Manager. You will define and lead the Trade Marketing strategy across the EMEA&O region, shaping world-class retail execution and translating commercial priorities into international action.

You will coach a high-performing team, influence senior stakeholders, own annual Trade Marketing planning, and drive initiatives that elevate shopper experience across markets.

The Advocate Group is proud to be partnering with a global leader within the drinks industry in their search for a Senior Trade Marketing Manager. Sitting within the wider Commercial Strategy & Development division, this person will be responsible for defining the retail execution strategy across the EMEA&O region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the Trade Marketing strategy across the EMEA&O region, creating the framework for world-class retail execution.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, building capability and future leaders.

About You:

• Trade, Shopper or Retail Marketing leadership experience within FMCG.
• A proven track record of leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• A commercially minded strategic leader with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across a complex, international organisation.
• Experience operating across international or multi-market environments.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture, balancing strategic thinking with commercial execution.
