LegalVision Law UK Ltd is seeking a motivated paralegal to join our high performing Trade Marks team on a full-time basis, supporting British and international businesses to protect, manage and enforce their brand assets.

Your key responsibilities include managing trade mark correspondence worldwide, maintaining portfolios, assisting with filings, liaising with clients, and preparing quotes. You will also support lawyers with evidence projects and conduct conflict checks.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of paralegal or administrative experience in a busy legal environment.
• Full-time availability, including ~2 days per week in the office.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build trusted relationships.
• Highly efficient, organised and tech savvy.
• Calm under pressure with strong commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Manage trade mark correspondence issued by trade mark offices worldwide.
• Maintain trade mark portfolios, monitor deadlines, and update clients.
• Assist with preparing and filing trade mark applications and documentation.
• Liaise with clients throughout the application process.
• Prepare quotes and cost estimates for complex client work.

• Perform trade mark conflict checks for new/existing clients.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated paralegal to join our high performing Trade Marks team on a full-time basis. This newly created role offers the chance to work with a growing number of British and international businesses across a wide range of industries, supporting them to protect, manage and enforce their brand assets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing trade mark correspondence issued by trade mark offices around the world.
• Managing trade mark portfolios, including monitoring deadlines, providing regular updates to clients, and assisting with maintenance requirements.
• Assisting with preparing and filing trade mark applications and documentation with trade mark offices around the world.
• Liaising with clients throughout the trade mark application process.
• Preparing quotes and cost estimates for complex client work.
• Supporting lawyers with evidence projects.
• Performing trade mark conflict checks for new and existing clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an early career paralegal to step into a supportive team that offers real responsibility and direct client contact. Prior experience in trade mark matters will be highly valued but is not essential.

• At least 1 year of experience as paralegal or administrative assistant in a busy legal environment.
• Available to work full-time, including approximately two days per week in the office.
