You don’t need prior design experience; training in design and sales will equip you to create outstanding kitchen solutions for our trade customers and their clients.

Qualifications

• Track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with trade customers and clients.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle.
• Strong attention to detail and eye for design.
• CAD skills preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and depot targets.
• Build strong customer relationships through design support.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout projects.
• Conduct home visits to measure and understand client needs.
• Negotiate prices while protecting margins and design integrity.
