Requirements:

• 5+ years PQE (England & Wales), with a strong background in Trade Finance, including experience with letters of credit, receivables finance, and credit risk insurance.
• A solid understanding of regulatory capital, non-payment insurance, and the role of insurance in Trade Finance.
• Experience with electronic shipping and trade documentation, export credit arrangements, and borrowing-based lending structures.
• Familiarity with the oil, gas, metals, and soft commodities sectors would be beneficial.
• Strong commercial awareness, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for delivering quality legal services.
• An enthusiastic approach to business development and marketing, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
