Job summary

Vasto Legal Recruitment Ltd in London is seeking an experienced Banking & Finance Partner for a leading Top 100 firm. The role involves advising lenders and borrowers across a broad range of financing transactions, including acquisition, real estate, and refinancing matters.

You will work with domestic and international clients while collaborating with colleagues across Corporate, Real Estate, Private Wealth and Commercial departments, mentoring junior lawyers and helping grow the practice.

Banking & Finance Partner | London

This leading Top 100 firm is currently looking to hire an experienced Banking & Finance Partner.

This is an opportunity to become part of an established banking and finance practice acting for UK and international lenders, borrowers, investment funds and corporate clients across a broad range of financing transactions.

The team advises on complex domestic and cross-border matters including acquisition finance, real estate finance, corporate lending, refinancing, leveraged finance, development finance and general banking transactions. Clients include financial institutions, private lenders, funds, owner-managed businesses and high-growth companies operating across a variety of sectors.

You will play a key role in advising clients on high-value transactions while working closely with colleagues across the firm's Corporate, Real Estate, Private Wealth and Commercial departments.

The Role

• Advising lenders and borrowers on a broad spectrum of banking and finance transactions.
