Lloyds Bank plc in Leeds seeks a Director - Trade MC Sales to lead regional strategy in Trade Finance and working capital for key business clients. You will drive income growth, manage high-value transactions, and build senior relationships while coordinating across Banking Coverage, Credit, and product teams.

You will apply deep trade finance expertise, influence senior partners, and shape client opportunities within a collaborative, ambitious team.

Formación

• Significant experience in Trade Sales, Trade Finance or Corporate Banking with a proven track record of growth.
• Deep expertise across Trade Finance solutions, including Letters of Credit, Collections, Bonds, Guarantees and Indemnities.
• Advanced credit, risk and financial analysis with strong commercial judgement.
• Proven success leading complex, high-value client transactions from origination through to execution.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior partners across client and internal networks.

Responsabilidades

• Define the regional strategy with Coverage and networks.
• Identify customer needs to develop and structure Trade solutions for working capital and risk.
• Act as product specialist lead for relationships within the portfolio.
• Recognise and develop opportunities to expand client relationships using Trade solutions.
• Collaborate with Coverage and other product specialists to deliver new relationships.
• Prepare and submit credit applications with Relationship teams and risk discussions.
• Act as client contact for Trade, discussing technical/operational aspects.
• Deliver income and lending growth in line with business plans.
• Actively manage risk and uphold risk, compliance, and regulatory standards.
