Saragossa in Central London is seeking a hands-on Python developer to automate and build trading tools used by the desk. You will be embedded with traders, directly impacting trade support and the derivatives lifecycle from capture to P&L.

Strong Python, derivatives experience, and SQL with Linux basics are required. This on-site role offers a launchpad for advancement and exposure to fast-paced proprietary trading.

Competenze

• Strong Python with a track record of automating and building tools.
• Derivatives experience in trade support, middle office or operations.
• Confident SQL and basic Linux.
• The confidence to talk straight with traders when it matters.

Mansioni

• Automating manual processes and building tools traders use to spot issues.
• Running the full derivatives lifecycle: trade capture, reconciliation, settlement and P&L.
• Hunting down breaks, fixing them and ensuring they don’t recur.
• Querying and fixing data in SQL.
• Being the go-to person for traders and middle office when something needs sorting.
