Job Description:

In this position, you will play a key role in the sale of our full range of plumbing and heating products. Previous sales experience in a similar role within a plumbers/builder’s merchant environment would be a distinct advantage.

Working with the sales team, your main responsibilities will include maximizing sales by building first-class relationships with customers both over the telephone and face-to-face, whilst maintaining excellent customer service. You will also be required to provide quotations to customers, follow up on them, and proactively develop sales.

You will be working within a close-knit team and will be dealing with our customers daily. Therefore, having a likeability factor and being someone our customers look forward to seeing—knowing they will always receive excellent customer service and sound advice—is essential.

You should be confident, have excellent product knowledge, a genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service, great attention to detail, and be able to build and develop strong customer relationships. Being computer literate is also vital.
