PPG is hiring a Sales Assistant for our Architectural Coatings division at Hanley Johnstone’s Decorating Centre. You’ll serve customers on the trade counter and in-store, receive in-store training, and help promote our brand while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer facing environment is desirable.
• Good understanding of IT systems beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers on the trade counter and in store, in a friendly and professional manner.
• Undertake all required training to confidently select the correct product for customers’ needs and to promote the brand.
• Ensure the store looks well-presented and clean.
• Follow stock management procedures by taking in deliveries and keeping shelves full.
