Job summary

Eurocell Group Ltd is seeking a Trade Counter Assistant / Driver for its site-based branch in the UK. The role is permanent (22 hours per week) with shift patterns from 7am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, and 8am-12pm on Saturdays on a rota basis.

You will handle trade counter sales, provide excellent customer service, plan routes, load and deliver products, and support branch operations while maintaining health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused approach with hands-on service delivery.
• Strong planning and organisational skills to manage deliveries and stock.
• Comfortable communicating product knowledge to customers.
• Confidently handle trade counter sales to hit targets.
• Experience with trade/builders merchant environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations in day-to-day tasks with Branch Manager/Supervisor.
• Sell to customers and meet sales targets, communicating product knowledge.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to new and existing customers.
• PICKING, LOADING AND DELIVERING products to customers using company vehicles.
• Plan routes, drive safely and keep company vehicle clean.
• Assist with branch operations and ensure health and safety compliance.
