ROLE: Trade Counter Assistant / Driver

HOURS: 44 per Week - Permanent Role

SALARY: £27,936 basic salary per year

BONUS/OTE: Realistic total earning potential of up to £31,536 per year

WHAT OUR TRADE COUNTER ASSISTANTS DO:

• Work closely with the Branch Manager and Supervisor in daily operations
• Achieve sales targets through trade counter sales and product knowledge
• Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing clients
• Pick, load, and deliver products using Eurocell’s vehicles
• Plan routes, ensure safe driving, and maintain company vehicles
• Support branch activities and ensure compliance with health and safety policies
• Maintain high operational standards, including stock management and branch cleanliness

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR TRADE COUNTER ASSISTANTS:

• Passion and energy for customer service and sales
• Customer-focused, confident, and proactive in engagement
• Commercial mindset to drive sales and margins
• Good organizational skills and initiative
• Proficient in MS Office and industry software like SAP
• Full valid driving license; FLT license is an advantage
• Experience in stock taking and working in trade/builders merchant environments is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and in a team
