Job Details

Type: Part-time, 20 hours/week

Salary: £12.66 per hour + Benefits

Job Purpose

You will contribute to your store's success by collaborating with colleagues and our UK Sales Team to deliver a memorable customer experience to professionals and DIY customers. Your role involves maximizing sales of AkzoNobel products and accessories, as well as carrying out customer deliveries.

Responsibilities

1. Participate in engagement planning and monthly store meetings.
2. Ensure customers receive a warm welcome, informed advice, and personalized proposals.
3. Utilize client service tools to ensure a consistent customer experience.
4. Support the store's monthly customer contact plan.
5. Restock the shop floor according to merchandising plans.
6. Load delivery vans and plan routes.
7. Develop your skills and encourage colleagues' development using our training tools.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in customer service or retail roles.
2. Valid driving license.
3. Enjoy working collaboratively and supporting colleagues.
4. Remain calm under pressure.
