ROLE:

Trade Counter Assistant / Driver

HOURS:

44 per Week - Permanent Role

SALARY:

£27,936 basic salary per year

BONUS/OTE:

Realistic total earning potential of up to £31,536 per year

What Our Trade Counter Assistants Do

• Work closely with the Branch Manager and Supervisor in daily operations
• Achieve sales targets through trade counter sales and product knowledge
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Pick, load, and deliver products using Eurocell's vehicles
• Plan routes, drive safely, and keep vehicles clean
• Support branch activities and maintain standards
• Ensure health and safety compliance

What We Need From Our Trade Counter Assistants

• Passion for customer service and sales
• Customer-focused approach and proactive engagement
• Organizational skills and initiative
• Proficient in MS Office and industry software (e.g., SAP)
• Full valid driving license (FLT license is a plus)
• Experience in stock management or similar roles is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and in small teams
