Bradfords Building Supplies Ltd is looking for two Trade Counter Assistants to join our Liskeard Branch on a 16 hour per week basis. Within this role you will play a key part within the branch as a multi-skilled member of the team working with all departments to ensure customers receive exceptional customer service every time.

When working on the trade counter, you will deliver the highest level of service.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly helpful attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the trade counter and provide high levels of service.
• Support all branch departments to meet customer needs and drive sales.
• Check goods and merchandise stock in the shop and keep areas tidy.

We are looking for two Trade Counter Assistants to join our team at our Liskeard Branch on a 16 hour per week basis. Within this role you will play a key part within the branch as a multi-skilled member of the team working with all departments to ensure customers receive exceptional customer service every time. When working on the trade counter, you will deliver the highest level of service. You will be the friendly face of the business, helping to drive sales while dealing with customers to ensure their requirements are met and they are well supported. You will also be required to check of goods and merchandise the stock in the shop.
