Role: Trade Branch Supervisor

Hours: 44 per week - Permanent role

Salary: £27,000 basic salary

Bonus: Realistic total earning potential of up to £32,000 annually

Responsibilities of Our Branch Supervisors:

• Lead by example, working closely with the Branch Manager
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Achieve customer service, operational standards, and sales targets
• Support sales delivery and develop customer relationships
• Assist with branch operations and compliance
• Support team activities and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Maintain health and safety standards, conduct stock takes and audits
• Manage branch vehicle records and housekeeping

Requirements for Our Branch Supervisors:

• Passion and energy for customer service and business goals
• Customer-focused, confident in serving and engaging customers
• Commercial mindset to drive sales and margins
• Organizational skills and initiative
• Proficient in MS Office and industry software (e.g., SAP)
• Valid driving license; FLT license advantageous
• Ability to cover for the Branch Manager
• Experience with stock takes, preferably in a trade/retail environment
• Comfortable working independently and in small teams
