Overview:
Seeking a Business Analyst to support trade and transaction reporting compliance across EMEA, with a focus on EMIR Refit. The role involves regulatory tracking, reconciliation analysis, and process improvement. (London 2-3 days a week in office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret regulatory updates across EMEA, ensuring EMIR Refit compliance.
• Collaborate with SMEs to define and document technical business requirements.
• Run and analyse reconciliations using DUCO; build/customise controls as needed.
• Support issue resolution, testing, and delivery of changes across Compliance, Ops, and Tech.
• Present findings and remediation plans to senior stakeholders.
• Produce and share MI across governance forums.

Required Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of trade and transaction reporting regulations.
• Experience with reconciliation tools (e.g., DUCO) and issue analysis.
• Ability to interpret QA reports (e.g., Kaizen) and assess business impact.
• Comfortable supporting BAU processes and client queries.
