Job summary

Trackway Solutions, part of Generator Power, is hiring a Trackway Labourer to join our Stevenage team. This hands-on role involves loading, laying and removing medium-duty plastic trackway mats on various sites, with outdoor work in all weather.

You will work as part of a small site crew, lifting mats, assisting deliveries, and helping create temporary roadways and walkways while maintaining safety and efficiency on client sites.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy trackway mats.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Able to follow instructions and work well in a team.
• Safety-conscious and aware of on-site health and safety.
• Flexible with working hours and travel to different sites.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading medium-duty plastic trackway mats.
• Assisting with delivery and collection of mats to site.
• Installing, moving and removing trackway mats safely.
• Working outdoors on client sites including construction and events.
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.
• Following site instructions from Lead Operative or Site Manager.
• Represent Trackway Solutions professionally on client sites.
• Carrying out basic site checks before and after installation.
