Job summary

NPK International inc. is seeking trackway installer crew operatives to support field operations across the UK, including nights away. You will work as part of a two/three-person crew, install and recover mats, and coordinate with drivers and plant operators. A full driving licence is required and training is provided for CSCS.

You’ll join a growing team, with opportunities to advance within the company, and travel across Scotland and the broader UK as part of standard operations.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence required.
• CSCS card desirable but training provided.
• Ability to work nights away and travel nationwide.
• Experience in construction and transmission & distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with two/three-person crews on installation and recovery operations across the UK.
• Follow exact directions and adhere to health and safety procedures.
• Install/remove mats and pins and prepare safely for transport.
• Operate heavy equipment (crane) as required.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
