Job summary

This role is based in Banbury, UK and reports to the Electronics Workshop Team Leader. You will support day‑to‑day operations within the electronics domain, manufacturing harnesses and assemblies for use on track and in the factory, while ensuring high standards of service, quality and compliance.

The position is fixed‑term for 9 months to cover maternity leave, with potential extension up to 12 months. Occasional travel to race and test events is required, along with a commitment to safety and

Qualifications

• GCSE or equivalent.
• Electronics training to HNC level desirable.
• Previous experience in a motorsport environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture harnesses, sensors and electronic assemblies for use on and off car.
• Support factory race and test car build, ensuring correct fitting of electronics and wiring harnesses.
• Attend race and test events as part of the electronics trackside team.
• Raise faults and highlight quality deficiencies in parts and builds.
• Assist with development and implementation of in‑house test rigs and equipment.
