Marshall TPS Oxford, part of Marshall Motor Group, seeks a dependable Van Sales Driver to support daily vehicle movements, deliveries, and part collections. You will play a key role in the sales and service experience, representing the brand on the road and with customers.

The role involves loading vans, logging deliveries, handling payments, and meeting sales targets in a team environment with Saturday rota shifts. Full UK driving license is required.

Qualificações

• Full UK driving license required.
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
• Strong desire to succeed and exceed allocated sales targets.
• Ability to work within a small team and across multiple departments, as well as on own initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Load parts on delivery vans as per invoices.

About The Role

Van Sales Driver

Full-time | 41.33hours per week, including Saturday mornings on a rota basis

At Marshall TPS Oxford, we're looking for a dependable and customer-focused Driver to support our daily vehicle movements and collections. In this dynamic and varied role, you'll be a vital part of the sales and service experience, representing our brand wherever you go.

In this role:

• Ensure all parts on invoices are loaded efficiently and effectively onto delivery vans
• Accurately complete van sales delivery logs
• Ensure receipts or payments are received for all parts deliveries
• Return cash credits to customers in with current process
• Check all parts deliveries match with the customer invoice
• Deliver and collect parts in an efficient and timely manner
• Achieve sales targets through building excellent customer relationships
• Handling cash, cheque payments securely and in line with the cash handling policy

We're looking for:

• Someone who holds a Full UK Driving License
• Excellent Communication and Customer handling Skills
• Strong Desire to succeed and exceed allocated sales targets
• Ability to work within a small team, across multiple departments, as well as on own initiative
