Job summary

Marshall TPS Exeter, part of Marshall Motor Group, is seeking a dependable Driver to support daily vehicle movements and deliveries. You will represent our brand on every journey, helping keep forecourt and back-office operations moving with a customer-focused approach.

The role is full-time, 41 hours per week with Saturday mornings on a rota. You will load parts, complete delivery logs, handle payments, and assist the Warehouse Team, all while helping to achieve sales targets and maintain

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills are essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a small team and across departments.

Responsibilities

• Load parts on delivery vans as per invoices.
• Complete van delivery logs accurately.
• Process receipts or payments for delivered parts.
• Return cash credits according to policy.
• Check deliveries against customer invoices.
• Deliver and collect parts promptly and professionally.
• Work to achieve sales targets through good customer relationships.
• Assist Warehouse Team with picking parts when required.

Help keep our customers and sales teams moving - from forecourt to front door.

At Marshall TPS Exeter, we’re looking for a dependable and customer-focused Driver to support our daily vehicle movements and collections. In this dynamic and varied role, you’ll be a vital part of the sales and service experience, representing our brand wherever you go.

In this role:

• Ensure all parts on invoices are loaded efficiently and effectively onto delivery vans
• Accurately complete van sales delivery logs
• Ensure receipts or payments are received for all parts deliveries
• Return cash credits to customers in with current process
• Check all parts deliveries match with the customer invoice
• Deliver and collect parts in an efficient and timely manner
• Achieve sales targets through building excellent customer relationships
• Handling cash, cheque payments securely and in line with the cash handling policy
• Assist with picking parts where required by the Warehouse Team
  

We're looking for

• Hold a Full UK Driving License
• Excellent Communication and Customer handling Skills
• Strong Desire to succeed and exceed allocated sales targets
• Ability to work within a small team, across multiple departments, as well as on own initiative
