Job summary

Fuel Recruitment is seeking an experienced communications and engagement manager to support a major TPRM transformation programme in the financial services sector. The role focuses on delivering the communications and engagement strategy to support the new operating model and embed sustainable BAU practices.

You will lead change communications, governance, and engagement with external suppliers and third parties.

Qualifications

• Extensive financial services TPRM experience and prior TPRM TOM delivery.
• Proven ability to design and deliver comms and engagement strategy.
• Experience in governance, standards, and embedding BAU in large programmes.
• Ability to coordinate external suppliers and run forums.

Responsibilities

• Lead all change communications for the TPRM workstream.
• Define communication standards, governance, and engagement approaches.
• Coordinate supplier forums and address capacity gaps.
• Work with stakeholders to explain rationale, impacts and actions.
