MCS Group is partnering with a growing specialist consultancy to recruit a Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Analyst. The role involves delivering supplier risk assessments across financial services clients and helping clients strengthen controls.

You'll work with experienced consultants in a flexible hybrid environment across Belfast, Manchester or London, contributing to risk governance, cybersecurity and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience or a strong interest in Third-Party Risk Management, supplier assurance, governance, risk or compliance.
• An understanding of risk assessments, internal controls or supplier due diligence processes.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to review information, identify risks and communicate findings clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidence engaging with clients and external stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to adapt to a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate documentation and reports.
• Experience within financial services, professional services or consulting would be advantageous, although candidates from other backgrounds with transferable skills are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, operational resilience, data protection or recognised risk management frameworks would also be beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Conducting supplier screening and third-party risk assessments across a range of client engagements.
• Reviewing supplier information, evaluating control effectiveness and identifying potential risks across cybersecurity, operational resilience, financial stability and compliance.
• Supporting the design, development and implementation of third-party risk management frameworks and operating models.
• Engaging directly with clients and suppliers to gather information, coordinate assessments and support remediation activities.
• Producing clear assessment reports, documenting findings and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
• Supporting process reviews, operational improvements and wider consulting projects.
• Tracking assessment progress, maintaining accurate records and producing management information for client reporting.
• Collaborating with consultants and senior stakeholders to deliver projects within agreed timelines.
