MCS Group is partnering with a growing specialist consultancy to appoint a Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Consultant. The role is remote-first with occasional client site visits in London or Manchester, and a salary in the £55,000–£65,000 range depending on experience.

This is a permanent role with clear progression into Senior Consultant as you gain client exposure. You will support TPRM engagements across multiple clients, assess frameworks, and help implement supplier risk processes while

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) or supplier risk.
• Experience in consulting or delivering projects, ideally in financial services or regulated industries.
• Understanding of FCA, PRA or EBA guidance and regulatory expectations.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements.

Responsabilités

• Support the delivery of TPRM consulting engagements for a range of clients.
• Assess existing TPRM frameworks, processes and operating models, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of supplier risk management frameworks.
• Support transformation programmes, gap assessments and risk remediation initiatives.
• Take ownership of project deliverables and ensure quality, on time delivery.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand challenges and propose practical solutions.
• Support regulatory compliance initiatives, particularly within financial services.
• Contribute to development of internal methodologies and best practices.
