Job summary

Steven Eagell Limited is seeking a Sales Executive to deliver a service-driven car-buying experience. You will engage with customers, understand needs, present suitable options, and drive test drives to achieve targets.

You will build rapport, demonstrate product knowledge, and work with colleagues to ensure seamless aftersales support and ongoing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Talks with and listens to customers to build rapport and understands their requirements.
• Build trust, communicate effectively and provide a service-based experience.
• Demonstrates the most suitable options to the customer, understanding and adapting to their buying strategy and encouraging a test drive.
• Uses in-depth product knowledge to guide the customer towards the best choice for them.
• Works with colleagues and other teams across the Centre to provide continuous improvement and seamless service to customers.
• Ensures opportunities for sales by other teams are followed up by the most appropriate specialist (e.g. Fleet Sales).
