Responsibilities

• Talk with and listen to customers to build rapport and understand their requirements.
• Explain suitable options and guide customers to the best choice, including test drives.
• Use in‑depth product knowledge to advise on the best option for the customer.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the centre to deliver seamless service, including Aftersales.
• Identify and follow up opportunities for additional sales through other teams (e.g., Fleet Sales).
