Job Introduction

We are recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join our Toyota Dealership in Bristol North. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00, with Saturdays on a rota basis.

Excellent Basic Salary, with OTE up to £34,000 plus benefits.

A Parts Advisor plays a key role interacting with all areas of the business including sales, service, and customers. You will be involved in supplying Toyota parts to the public, trade customers, and workshops. This role suits a motivated individual with experience and a passion for customer service for a leading car brand.

Role And Responsibilities

• Work both behind the scenes receiving deliveries and at the front desk serving customers.
• Pre-pick parts for workshop jobs, pick parts for customer orders, and check stock availability.
• Develop customer relationships through telephone, walk-in, and internet inquiries by providing product knowledge and creating a good first impression.
• Replenish consumables and service parts to ensure swift service to workshops and customers.
• Handle warranty claims related to parts and complete relevant administration accurately.
• Develop knowledge of Toyota products to understand vehicle parts and their functions.

About You

• Experience as a parts advisor in a dealership or motor factor knowledge in a similar role.
• Alternatively, a good understanding of cars and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to establish rapport with customers.
• Proactive, sales-driven, and committed to excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, able to work towards deadlines.
