Job summary

Vivid Resourcing is working with a leading multidisciplinary property and planning consultancy to appoint a Partner – Town Planning in Bristol. This is a senior leadership role combining strategic planning leadership with strong client management and business development.

You will lead complex instructions, win new business across the South West, mentor the Bristol team and represent clients in meetings with local authorities and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in town planning within private-sector consultancy.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and client relationships.
• Strong commercial mindset and business development skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex planning instructions across sectors.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Identify and win new business opportunities in the South West.
• Mentor senior planners and guide the Bristol team.
• Prepare planning strategies, reports and submissions.
• Represent clients in meetings with authorities and stakeholders.
