Job summary

Penguin Recruitment is seeking a Town Planner to join a leading planning and design practice in Bristol. You will deliver planning projects across varied sectors, prepare applications, and support committees and bidding activities.

The role offers a salary of £30,000–£36,000 and a path to MRTPI qualification for the right candidate. Candidates should have a relevant planning degree, UK experience, and strong report-writing, communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Relevant planning degree and postgraduate qualification.
• Sufficient UK planning experience.
• Working towards or holding MRTPI.
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planning projects across varied sectors.
