Job summary

We are partnering with an established planning consultancy in Cheltenham to recruit a Town Planner. You will work on residential, commercial, rural and mixed-use developments across the UK, with opportunity for career progression and exposure to high-quality planning work.

You will join a collaborative and supportive team, handling projects from initial appraisal to securing planning permission, while delivering strategic advice to private and public sector clients and maintaining strong client

Qualifications

• A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline.
• MRTPI status or working towards chartership.
• Experience in a planning consultancy, local authority or developer.
• Strong understanding of the UK planning system and policy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Managing planning projects from appraisal through to securing planning permission.

The Role
