Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL in Bath is seeking a Town Planner to join a well-established, multidisciplinary consultancy on a full-time basis, with hybrid working and flexible arrangements for senior candidates.

You will manage planning applications and appraisals, provide broad planning advice, collaborate with colleagues across disciplines, and help nurture client relationships while contributing to diverse residential, mixed-use, retail and heritage projects.

Qualifications

• Experience within a planning consultancy or local authority.
• MRTPI (or working towards) is desirable.
• Residential planning experience is desirable, with exposure to mixed-use, retail or heritage projects being an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Location: Bath (Hybrid Working)

Salary: Competitive - Dependent on Experience

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a well-established, multidisciplinary consultancy based in Bath. Due to continued growth, they're looking to welcome a Town Planner on a full-time basis, although they're equally open to speaking with experienced Principal or Associate Planners seeking part-time opportunities.

Joining a close-knit planning team of three, you'll work across a varied portfolio of projects, with residential development forming the core of the business alongside mixed-use, retail and heritage-led schemes.
