Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Town Planning or related field, ideally RTPI accreditation or working towards it.
• Experience in private or public sector with understanding of the planning process.
• Proactive, problem-solving approach and enthusiasm for specialist projects.
• Confident in building client relationships and communication.
• Enjoys collaborating in a team and office-based five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning applications, appeals, and site appraisals across the consultancy's specialist sector.
• Build strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
• Provide expert advice on planning policy, strategies, and development feasibility.
• Contribute to business development and help shape the consultancy's ongoing success.
