Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Town Planning or a related field.
• Working towards or already MRTPI-qualified (or equivalent).
• Experience in private consultancy or local authority.
• Strong report writing and communication skills.
• Proactive and commercially aware approach.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals.
• Supporting senior team members on complex projects.
• Conducting site appraisals and planning research.
• Liaising with clients, stakeholders and local authorities.
• Contributing to planning strategy and project delivery.
