Job summary

Beach Baker Property Recruitment is seeking a Planning Consultant at Associate or Partner level in Newcastle. You will lead a planning team, oversee complex planning applications, and drive strategic planning and land promotion initiatives within a multidisciplinary environment.

You will provide commercially focused planning advice to clients and colleagues, identify opportunities, and mentor professionals to sustain high standards and growth.

The Opportunity

You will join a dynamic team that includes planners, surveyors and architects, working across a wide range of residential, commercial and leisure development projects.
