Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Town Planner

• RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant
• Working towards MRTPI or Chartered
• A proven track record managing caseloads for different planning applications – residential / renewables ideally.
• Have good communication and an enthusiastic mentality
• Ability to work in a fast-faced environment
