I'm currently working with a leading care home provider who is looking to recruit an ambitious planner to join their team. The company has grown significantly in recent years and has multiple sites, where you will work alongside the planning director.

You will be a town planner with 2-5 years post-graduation experience in a developer, council, or planning consultancy.

Responsibilities:

As a senior planner, you will play a central role in supervising and coordinating planning and development projects across the UK. Your duties include:

• Engaging with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure projects meet strategic development objectives.
• Preparing and presenting planning applications, maintaining communication with regulatory bodies.
• Assessing and resolving complex planning and zoning issues.
• Keeping up-to-date with local, regional, and national planning regulations and industry best practices.

Key Requirements:

• Degree qualified and MRTPI member.
• Experience working in a planning consultancy, residential, or house developer, particularly in strategic land.
• Extensive experience in residential planning applications and appeals.
