I'm currently working with a leading care home provider who is looking to recruit an ambitious planner to join their team. The company has grown significantly in recent years and has multiple sites where you will be working alongside the planning director.

You will be a town planner with 2-5 years of post-graduation experience in developer, council, or planning consultancy roles.

Responsibilities:

As a senior planner, you will play a key role in supervising and coordinating planning and development initiatives across the UK. Your duties include:

• Engaging with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure projects align with strategic development goals.
• Formulating and presenting planning applications, maintaining communication with regulatory bodies.
• Assessing and resolving complex planning and zoning issues.
• Keeping up to date with local, regional, and national planning regulations and industry best practices through ongoing research.

Key Requirements:

• Degree qualified and MRTPI registered.
• Experience working in a planning consultancy or residential developer/house developer, particularly in strategic land.
• Experience dealing with residential planning applications and appeals.
• Bright, ambitious, and determined to succeed.
