Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Town Planning or related discipline is required.
• MRTPI status or working towards it is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proactive, highly organised approach and passion for planning.
• Consultancy experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage planning applications for a mix of residential, commercial, and regeneration schemes.
• Conduct research and provide policy advice to clients and colleagues.
• Support senior colleagues with appeals and strategic planning work.
• Engage with clients, stakeholders and local authorities to progress schemes.
• Contribute to high-quality planning statements and reports.

The Role
