Job summary

Cobalt Recruitment is seeking a Town Planner to join a dynamic UK consultancy in Manchester. You will prepare and manage planning applications, produce site appraisals and development feasibility reports, and contribute to planning strategies across a varied portfolio.

The ideal candidate holds MRTPI status (or working towards chartership), with an RTPI-accredited degree and strong knowledge of the UK planning system, paired with excellent communication and report-writing skills.
