We’re looking to speak to commercially minded Town Planners for an exceptional opportunity with an independent consultancy based in Yorkshire.
You will be a key member of a busy team, supporting clients across the UK on a wide range of projects including residential, commercial, leisure, and tourism. This is a client-facing role, so it is important that you are confident in developing new business leads through networking and events, as well as maintaining existing relationships. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to promote the company and your work successfully.
Our client is seeking individuals from the private or public sector with around five years post-qualification experience. Ideally, you will be a chartered member of the RTPI or close to submission. Experience of working in a rural planning practice is not essential but would be beneficial.
Although the office is based in North Yorkshire, this is a very flexible role with options for remote and home working, so we are looking to speak to candidates across the UK. You will need to be able to travel to sites and client visits when required, so a driving license and personal transport are essential.
Alongside a generous salary and flexible working arrangements, the client offers a wide range of benefits including a bonus scheme, private medical insurance, additional annual leave for your birthday and Christmas, a cycle-to-work scheme, and a wellness allowance.
