The Role
We areworking with an established private planning consultancy in Leeds thathas carved out a strong reputation in a specialist sector. Known fordelivering tailored planning solutions and achieving outstandingresults for clients, they're looking to grow their talented team withthe addition of a motivated Town Planner.
KeyResponsibilities
·Manage planning applications, appeals, andsite appraisals across the consultancy's specialist market.
·Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and localauthorities.
·Provide expert advice on planning policy,strategies, and development feasibility.
·Contribute to businessdevelopment initiatives within the consultancy's niche sector.
What We're Looking For
·A degree in Town Planning or a relatedfield, with RTPI accreditation (or working towards it).
·Experience in the private or public sector, with a solidunderstanding of the planning process.
·A proactive approach toproblem-solving and a passion for working on specialist projects.
·Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability tomanage client relationships.
·Someone who is happy to go intothe office 5 days a week and work with a collaborate team.
