This role offers the opportunity to manage your own caseload, contribute to securing new instructions, and support the growth of the department.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Planning experience (private or public sector)
• RTPI/RICS qualification or working towards it
• Knowledge of residential, commercial, and agricultural planning
• Confidence to handle your own caseload with team support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience or knowledge of planning in the South West (preferred but not essential)
