Town Planner : Growing Planning Consultancy (2+ Years Experience)

Location: South West (Office:Based with Flexible Working Options)

Salary: GBP30,000 : GBP50,000 (DOE) + Benefits

A well:established and forward:thinking planning consultancy in the South West is looking to appoint two Town Planners to support their growing project portfolio. This is an ideal opportunity for planners with a minimum of two years experience who are looking to develop their careers in a collaborative, supportive, and commercially successful environment.

Youll be joining a team known for delivering high:quality planning advice across a range of sectors and application types, from small:scale residential to more complex planning proposals. With access to a broad mix of clients and interesting projects, this role will give you hands:on exposure and the chance to grow your planning expertise quickly.

Key Requirements

Minimum of 2 years experience in a planning role (private or public sector)

Planning degree or relevant qualification desirable

RTPI membership desirable, but not essential : full support provided toward chartership

Strong communication and client engagement skills

Ability to manage a varied caseload of planning applications

Competitive salary from GBP30,000 to GBP50,000 (depending on experience and level)
