Candidate Requirements

• Degree-level qualification (or equivalent) in town planning, transport planning, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in a planning-related role.
• Strong understanding of UK planning legislation and experience with complex planning consents and legal agreements.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally at all levels.
