Town Planner / Senior Town Planner

Location: Bristol

Role Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced RTPI-qualified Planner to join a well-established Bristol-based planning team at either Planner or Senior Planner level. You will work on a wide range of projects, including:

• Strategic urban extensions
• Major developments
• Logistics
• Regeneration
• Residential, commercial, retail, and mixed-use schemes

This pipeline includes significant projects such as:

• Strategic urban extensions and new settlements
• Major industrial and logistics developments
• Retail repurposing and town centre regeneration

• Extensive rural and landowner estate portfolios
