Fareham Borough Council is seeking a Senior/Principal Regeneration Officer to progress regeneration from planning into delivery in Fareham, Hampshire. You will lead major projects and coordinate stakeholders to deliver real change on the ground.

Working with the Head of Regeneration, you will shape programmes that support investment and create thriving communities, contributing to Fareham's future ambitions.

Qualifications

• Experience in regeneration project management, delivery and stakeholder coordination.
• Background in regeneration, development, property, planning, urban design or related field.
• Ability to turn ideas into successful projects.
