Job summary

Fareham Borough Council is seeking a regeneration project leader to move major town centre initiatives from planning to delivery. You will work closely with the Head of Regeneration to shape and deliver projects that improve places, attract investment and create thriving communities.

The role suits someone with a track record in regeneration, development or planning, who can coordinate stakeholders and turn ideas into real outcomes, from concept to completion.

About The Role

Our town centre regeneration is moving from planning to delivery, and we're looking for someone who wants to help make regeneration happen.

With major public realm projects underway, a town centre masterplan in taking shape, and a growing programme of regeneration initiatives, this is an exciting opportunity to join a small, ambitious team delivering real change on the ground.

We're particularly interested in people with a strong track record in regeneration project management, delivery and stakeholder coordination. Whether your background is in regeneration, development, property, planning, urban design or a related field, you'll bring the drive and practical experience needed to turn ideas into successful projects.
